    We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.

    1. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

    Yes. We accept returns within 14 business days (Monday to Friday) of the delivery date.

    1. HOW CAN CUSTOMERS RETURN PRODUCTS?

    All returns must be sent by mail to the return address provided after return approval.

    At this time, in-store returns are not available.

    1. ACCEPTED PRODUCT CONDITION

    Returned items must be:

    • New, unused, and undamaged

    • In their original packaging

    • Returned with all included accessories, labels, and documentation

    1. RESTOCKING FEES

    We do not charge any restocking fees.

    1. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

    If the return is due to our error, including:

    • Defective products

    • Damaged products

    • Incorrect items shipped

    We will cover all return shipping costs.

    If the return is due to customer preference, including:

    • Ordered the wrong item

    • No longer wanted

    • Changed mind

    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    1. RETURN WINDOW

    You must request a return within 14 business days of receiving your order.

    Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

    1. RETURN CONDITIONS

    To qualify for a return:

    • The item must be unused and undamaged

    • Original packaging must be included

    • Proof of purchase must be provided

    • Return authorization must be obtained before shipping

    Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

    1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Clearance items

    • Gift cards

    • Promotional giveaway products

    • Used or damaged items not caused by our error

    1. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

    Step 1 – Contact Us

    Email hello@designerphonecover.shop within 14 business days of receiving your order.

    Please include:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect

    Step 2 – Wait for Authorization

    Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

    If approved, you will receive:

    • Return Authorization Number (RAN)

    • Return shipping address

    • Return instructions

    Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

    Step 3 – Package Your Item

    Securely package the product using the original packaging or equivalent protection.

    Include your order number and Return Authorization Number inside the package.

    Step 4 – Ship the Item

    Use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of shipment until your return is completed.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.

    Step 5 – Return Inspection

    Once received, we will inspect the returned item and notify you by email regarding approval.

    Step 6 – Refund or Replacement

    If approved:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

    • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

    • Eligible customers may choose a replacement product instead of a refund

    Return addresses may vary depending on the customer's location and warehouse assignment.

    The correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

    Please do not send returns without prior authorization.

    1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    Please provide photos or videos showing the issue.

    We will provide either:

    • A replacement product, or

    • A full refund, including shipping costs

    1. REFUND PROCEDURE

    After we receive and inspect your return:

    • You will receive an email confirmation

    • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

    Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    1. EXCHANGES

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

    If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

    1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

    After 12 hours, processing may have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.

    1. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    International customers are responsible for any applicable:

    • Customs duties

    • Import taxes

    • VAT charges

    These charges are non-refundable.

    If a package is returned because customs fees were not paid, an incorrect address was provided, or delivery was refused, we will refund the product price only, less any shipping or handling costs incurred.

    If you have not received your refund after 15 business days:
